Tessa Thompson
The actor Tessa Lynn Thompson was born on the 3rd of October 1983, in Los Angeles, California. Thompson is the daughter of Marc Anthony Thompson (a singer/songwriter) and granddaughter Bobby Ramos, an actor/musician. Her birthplace was in Los Angeles and raised there prior to moving to Brooklyn. Thompson is Mexican, British Isles and Afro-Panamanian origin. Thompson studied at Santa Monica High School where she performed in numerous theater productions. Following graduation, she was enrolled at Santa Monica College, where she received a bachelor's diploma in the field of cultural Anthropology. In a performance at Pasadena's Boston Court Theatre, she appeared as Juliet in Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet". The show was nominated for an NAACP Theatre Award in the same year. Tessa made her debut on TV in 2005. Her role was in a CBS Series.
